Loretta Lynch– US Attorney General, under Obama from 2015-2017. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 2 counts of obstruction of justice and 3 counts of lying to Congress.

John Brennan– Former director of the CIA, also under Obama- from 2013-2017. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 2 counts of lying to investigators, 1 count Conspiracy to commit treason and 3 counts of obstruction of justice.

Sally Yates– US Deputy Attorney General, under Obama, from 2015-2017. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government and 3 counts of obstruction of justice.

James Clapper– Former US Director of National Intelligence, under Obama, from 2010-2017. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government and 2 counts of lying to Congress. (He now works for CNN).

4 CIA operatives, whose names have not been released, were charged and the charges also have not been released- probably for a National Security reason, or at least that is always the reason (excuse) given.

James Comey– Former Director of the FBI, under Obama, from 2013-2017. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 6 counts of perjury, 3 counts of obstruction of justice and 4 counts of falsifying Government documents. ( He is slated to have started his job at Columbia University this month.)

Andrew McCabe- Former Deputy Director of the FBI, started under Obama, from 2016-2018. He became acting Director after Comey was fired, under Trump, until he was fired in 2018. 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 2 counts of perjury, 3 counts of lying to Congress and 1 count of falsifying Government documents.

Bruce Ohr- Former DOJ official until Sept 30, 2020 when he resigned. 3 counts of conspiracy unknown and 1 count of falsifying Government documents.

James Baker– Former FBI General Counsel- his charges are unknown, possibly due to National Security.

Peter Stzrok– Former FBI agent- 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 4 counts of perjury and 3 counts of falsifying Government documents.

Lisa Page– Former FBI counsel who now works for MSNBC- 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow the government, 3 counts of perjury and 3 counts of obstruction of justice.

Rod Rosenstein– Former US Deputy Attorney General from 2017 to 2019. 5 unknown charges, not yet released.

Susan Rice– Former US Ambassador to the UN from 2009-2013 and Former National Security Advisor from 2013-2017, under both Obama terms. Illegal use of government systems, 3 counts of perjury and 1 count of obstruction of justice.

Baker, Rice and Stzrok have been convicted, the rest are still subject to another Grand Jury.
